I provide clear, professional immigration advice and representation for individuals and families. As a freelance solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA No. 504879), I offer transparent pricing, clear communication, and personal responsibility for every case I take on.

Pricing Information

Fixed Fees

Where possible, I offer fixed fees for immigration applications. Fixed fees cover all work up to submission of the application.

Typical fixed fees:

Spouse/Partner Visa (Entry Clearance or FLR): £900–£1,500

Skilled Worker Visa (main applicant): £850–£1,400

Visitor Visa: £350–£600

EU Settlement Scheme: £300–£600

Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR): £900–£1,500

British Citizenship: £500–£900

Human Rights Applications: £1,200–£2,000

Appeals / Administrative Reviews: £1,200–£2,500

The exact fee depends on the complexity of your case and the amount of evidence required.

Hourly Rate (where fixed fees are not appropriate)

My hourly rate is:

£150 per hour

I will provide an estimate of the total likely cost before starting work.

VAT Status

No VAT is charged on my fees.

Although each case is unique, most immigration applications follow these key stages:

Document Review & Evidence Preparation Advising you on required documents and reviewing all evidence.

Drafting Legal Representations Preparing a detailed covering letter explaining your case to the Home Office.

Submission of the Application Uploading documents, booking biometrics, and submitting the application.

Receiving the Decision Advising you on the outcome and next steps.

Typical Timescales

Timescales vary depending on the type of application and Home Office processing times.

Typical Home Office decision times:

Spouse/Partner Visa: 3–6 months

Skilled Worker Visa: 3–8 weeks

Visitor Visa: 3–6 weeks

EU Settlement Scheme: 1–4 weeks

ILR: 3–6 months

British Citizenship: 3–6 months

Human Rights Applications: 6–12 months

Appeals: 6–12 months (tribunal dependent)
